Chapter 5 summary
In Module 5 of “The Internet” the “Push-Pull” methods of getting information on the Internet is broken down into several categories. I found the information on this module to be very useful as it explains the difference of push-pull technologies. A topic that I found interesting was “Mashups” how a software will combine and pull from different sites to provide the user with different information on one site; I had never heard of this term, and I will personally benefit from learning more about it. The moule was very informative and I learned a lot of new terms and how these work as well, this should be helpful in the building of a project website in the future.
